Exercises To Flatten Stomach

Exercises To Flatten Stomach.

Exercises to flatten stomach muscles.

Exercises to flatten stomach muscles are not
difficult to find, but if you want to get in great shape
overall and get a nice, trim midsection, exercises are
only part of the story.

Let’s look at diet first.

A fact we all know is that if we eat too much, we won’t
have a slim, healthy body or a flat stomach. But, let’s
take it a step further – if you eat too much all at once,
your stomach will enlarge, giving you a bloated look.

So, even if you don’t over-eat over the course of the
day, you can over-eat at each meal – and exercises to
flatten stomach areas won’t help.

What is the solution then? How do you combine diet and
exercises to get the trim abdominals you want? Before
you give attention to your exercises to flatten stomach
muscles, focus on diet.

A quick way to slim down is to follow this simple diet
advice:

1: Eat smaller meals with greater frequency [ for example,
6 small meals per day, instead of 3 large ones ].
Don’t eat until you’re feeling full.

2: Don’t eat protein and carbohydrates in the same meal
[ for more information on this check out my "Get fit fast
report" ].

Once you’ve got these two points covered, you’re in a
pretty good position to get started with your exercises
to flatten stomach
muscles.

A full body workout is a good idea to start with – it just
doesn’t make sense to work just the abs.

Whether you like aerobic exercises like running, swimming
cycling or aerobics, or resistence training like weights,
your abdominals are going to get a workout – even exercises
for other areas of your body will indirectly work your abs.

As well as this, the sweating and heavy breathing will help
to burn that extra fat around your waist.

Now, to get into the area of actual exercises to flatten
stomach areas – first off, be careful! Too much heavy ab
work can actually make your abs too big, giving your waist
a ‘thick’ look, which is exactly what you’re trying to avoid!

Also, do not do any oblique exercises – the obliques are the
muscles to the side of your abs, just above your hips. Build
these and you’ll look heavy around the waist, especially
with looser clothes on. You have been warned!

The only exercises to flatten stomach muscles that i really
recommend are simple abdominal crunches.

Heres how i’ve been taught to do them [ different than most
people, actually ]:

Lie flat on you back, with your hands behind your head.

Elevate your legs and cross them at the ankles [ to
isolate the muscles ].

Slowly lift yourself up till your elbows touch your knees.

Exhale fully, contract your abs and hold this position for
a count of 3 [ a slow count ].

Try to build up to 3 sets of 25 reps.

Simple as that!

The best exercises to flatten stomach muscles for men and
women that i know of!
